MilkInIt frozen yoghurt on Clapham High Street
Favourite new Clapham shop alert! MilkInIt is a cute little frozen yoghurt shop that’s just opened opposite Clapham Common tube on the Starbucks / Iceland side. Not only are the ladies that run the place incredibly friendly, the yoghurt is amazing too. Which is a good thing given that’s their primary product. Toppings of fresh fruit through to cake and chocolate make these healthy treats incredibly delicious.

milk in it was fantastic all round, went in there recently and was amazed at the new crepe selection that they have introduced, which is perfect for the winter months.
Would definately recommend it !!
Its so yummy but can be slightly disorganised.
Definitely worth it though! The fro yo is delicious…

The customer service is excellent;and you are garanteed great frozen yoghurt and crepes everytime. Today I had a strawberry and banana smoothie…Absolutely mind blowing! Highly recommended
Best frozen yoghurt I know of – better than Snog and cheaper, with a loyalty card and great friendly service!
Also does amazing smoothies, waffles, bagels and crepes (sweet and savoury) – I introduce this place to anyone I can.
How this business lasts is beyond me. Opening hours seem random- closed allday today with no sign on door. Opens anywhere between 12 to 2. milk based drinks are ok but the management of the shop is poor at best. shame
Yes it’s disappointing to find the shop shut, but that happens sometimes with an independent (better that than some faceless chain). It just makes it even more special the next time round – and it’s definitely worth the effort to catch it open. Friendly service, delicious frozen yoghurt, amazing crepes and loads more besides, what more could you want? I seem to have become and unpaid ambassador for this place and you will too once you’ve been. You’ll understand why once you’ve given it a try.

When you do find this hidden gem open – try everything!!!! It is great with outstanding customer service and unlimited suggestions for smoothies, crepes, bagels, and freshly baked malted waffles
The best thing that has ever happened to SW4!
My whole family used to frequent this shop due to claims of organic produce. We no longer visit as both my wife and I have been in local neighbouring frozen food supermarket when shop staff have been stocking up on long life milk, which is not organic. We will not pay such high prices for non organic drinks and cones.

Admittedly our opening hours have not always been conveyed and I do apologise for what has appeared to be ‘random opening times’
Now communicated on the door are fixed opening and closing times for the shop.

Milk In It claims to Nutritious Frozen Yoghurt are ALL very true; including claims of organic produce used to culture the yoghurt.
Milk In It have many consumers of crepes, waffles etc that hold no organic claim.
However our frozen yoghurt is cultured with organic milk only.
As you may not be aware a large number of our consumers for numerous reasons be it diet, way of life, beliefs etc depend on our organic claims. Jeopardising relationships that we have built up and made with our friends will never ever be an option.
Moreover I would like to take the opportunity to invite you and your family to kindly look at our menu http://www.milkinit.co.uk/menu.html and kindly note that there are other products available containing non organic milk that are also eaten and enjoyed.
Organic milk has been considered for the other products on the menu but would mean a significant price increase for our consumers, hence using milk that is not organic for some of our products; I do hope that this has given you and your family transparency and hope to see you all again very soon.

Wanted to buy a nutella crepe today. Closd again today as it was yesterday. It doesn’t make it special when one finds it actually open for trade, it makes it dire customer service.A contender for the worst run business in sw4. I will vote with my purse. Not buying from here again.
Samba swirl at clapham junction does the best frozen yoghurt. 4 flavours of yoghurt not just one neutral one. Sorry milk but ss is lovely.
Colin is wrong. SAMBA SWIRL have TWENTY ONE FLAVOURS OF FRO YO! CHECK IT OUT.

The customer service is adequate. Certainly nothing exceptional. One froyo flavour compared to SAMBA SWIRL. SAMBA wins hands down AND it opens on time.
This shop never ever opens on time. Often an hour late so my office has followed above suggestions and now frequent Samba in Northcote Road even though further away. Milk init is pants.
Agree with above posts- Samba swirl is in a different universe and leaves this standing.
Agree milk init rubbish. Macdonalds double taste shake tropical is wicked though.

Went in today and was very disappointed. The frozen yogurt was not fresh, I was actually sure the product was off. After speaking to the staff, I found their manners dismissive and rude. I was advised that the product was fine and the problem was with my taste buds. I have eaten frozen jogurt in Pinkberry’s in LA, so I think I’m more than qualifed to know how frozen yogurt should taste. Will not go again! It’s cheaper than other places but would not recommend.

Amazed to see such a vast choice available.Sampled a frozen yogurt with added fruit. Wonderful. Wish this shop was in my area in South Yorkshire so could visit on a regular basis.Keep up the good work Antonia.Your smile and service was great. Ignore the comments. Derrick. The whole point of this site is as a platform for people to give honest opinions. Juat because you have something positive to say, it doesn’t mean everyone does. I agree that the woman in there is very aggressive if even slightly challenged. Thats my view and itsnot the same as yours. I use this site for reviewing local businesses that i may wish to use and find it a boon that people are honest.
