Clapham One is a welcome addition, in my eyes. But is it stalled? A result of the downturn perhaps? Shame. Though, Darling's budget, for all it's signficant faults, does include an injection to kick start stalled developments across the nation. Fingers crossed we'll see that brown brick monolith ripped down before too long. Loving this site by the way. Well done LoveClapham. You rock.
