May 2009 saw the arrival of a new chef who has worked wonders with the kitchen, and is fast helping to secure Aquum’s place on the map as a culinary delight by offering tasty treats including succulent Dim Sum, tender Thai Squid and a superb weekend brunch menu including a ‘cooked to perfection’ Sunday roast beef. What’s more, this Summer Aquum opened its doors to lucky midweek clients in the area, offering an outstanding £5.00 express menu, perfect for time-poor diners looking for high quality food in minimum time.
